I'm taking your advice, and just resting today. I think I will take the dogs for a walk and call it a day. I fell off the wagon a bit today. I posted earlier about breakfast and lunch. I had a cheese stick for snack. I made fish tacos for dinner (they were so yummy). I only ate one, but it was packed w/goodies--avocado, salsa, a cream sauce I'd made, cabbage, and of course breaded tilapia. I also drank 1/2 a beer. It just seemed to go with the dinner. Plus one Ghiraridelli chocolate mint square.
I think I have to remind myself of your advice about this being a marathon and not a sprint. I need to keep that frame of mind.
