Hang in there

Sorry I haven't posted lately... Eli has had a cold and wicked
teething... now Josh and I have both caught the cold. And we go out
of town tomorrow. Poo.

HANG IN THERE.

I feel like I get to this plateau when I am working out and trying to
lose weight. In my head I compare it to trying to roll a very heavy
object - it takes forever to get moving but one the momentum is built,
the object rolls at a good pace.

I haven't seen many results yet either - I know my endurance has
improved through boot camp but I don't feel like I have been at it
long enough to really see changes in my body. And, unfortunately, I
only have 3 days left (next week) and then it will all be on me to get
off my ass and do SOMETHING.

I'm tired, too, but I think we need to keep pushing. Take today to
recoup - you haven't been feeling well and I can't imagine it is good
for you to push your body too hard while it is trying to get healthy.
Try to make good choices in eating, but don't starve yourself.

This is a marathon, not a sprint, and we need to pace ourselves or we
will just go backwards. You know?
