Gina: Day 4

Exercise:

Haven't got around to it today.  Scott and I are planning plyos tonight after the boy goes to bed.  I did clean my entire house and did some laundry (approx 250 based on healthdiscovery.net).  That's 3 levels of cleaning, so that's a lot of stair climbing.  I took the dogs for a 20 min. walk after dinner (less than 100 cals).

Eating:

Not the best today. 

Breakfast: C wanted pancakes this am.  Not really a good way to do this. 
So I had 3 pancakes, a little syrup, strawberries, and milk (approximately 540 cals) and 1 cup of coffee

Snacks: turkey jerky (times 1.5--C only ate a little of his)-60

Lunch: carrots, Roast Beef and cheese sammy, peas.  (approx. 350 cals)

Snack: I was starving, so I had 2 cheese calories (approx 160 cals)

Dinner:  This was the dinner from hell.  I had made tilapia and asian slaw.  The tilapia was disgusting.  I've never had this happen before.  I think it had gone bad or something.  We threw it away--we didn't even give it to the dogs.  I ate the slaw and 2 slices of pork tenderloin (I'm so tired of this).  I did fudge and have a glass of wine (we had to finish the bottle from last pm, right?)  Approx 600-700 calories (not really sure if this is correct, just a best estimate on what I put in the slaw since I didn't measure anything I used (sweet chili dipping sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, white wine and rice vinegars, a little ramen seasoning (1/4 pkg), 1/2 the noodles from a package, a handful of slivered almonds--seriously no idea here)

Basically this adds up to almost 1800 calories.  Yikes, bad day.  I'm hopeful that I burn the 600 I need b/w the walk, houscleaning, and plyos.  I'll be darn close I think--maybe even over, if the housecleaning figure is close. 

Other issues:
Didn't blow dry my hair--it was cleaning day--need I say more?  I've been in workout clothes all day.  Didn't brush my teeth until 1:30 today--that's gross.  Did tons of sewing.  Finished 2/3 projects, but one will have to be redone somewhat, but that's okay.  Checked everything off of my to-do list for today. Didn't procrastinate on anything---miracle. 

It was a miracle I got up this am.  We didn't go to bed until after 11, and then I couldn't sleep really.  Not looking forward to plyos late at night and then running tomorrow am.  I'm going to be so soar.  Already a little sore from last night.  It's getting to me. 

So seriously--no more wine this week.  I've reached my limit.  I've got to stick to it!
