Gina: Day 3

Workout:

Ran 20 min. straight (didn't have to stop once--went about 2 miles (maybe a little less, not sure exactly).  Then sprinted/walked 30 second intervals for 4 min at the end.  I was dying.  The dogs were lovin' it.  Approx calories burned: 300 calories from my jog/walk and 280-300 cals from core syn.

I have to do my Core Synergistics weight video (this is a P90X video where you lift light weights to focus on your core.  Basically it's a series of pushups, back/ab work, arm work, leg work.  60 min of it.  Not sure when I'm going to do it.  Scott and I are got it in right after C went down for bed.

Eating:

Breakfast: mozzy scrambled egg sammy w/fried turkey deli meat (needed to use it up); 8 oz milk and  2 cups of coffee  (that's one cup too much for me--I'll never sleep tonight, but maybe the working out will help)
     Calorie count: 450 cals

Lunch: roast beef, cheese, and mustard sandwich; 1 celery stalk w/PB and raisins--AKA ants on a log w/C.
     Calorie count: 300 cals

Snack: apple, nuts, and cheese stick
   calorie count:  280 cals

Dinner: veggie wraps (stir fried veggies (sort of), mozz cheese, tortilla, salsa), 2.5 pieces pork tenderloin for protein.

Oops! Glass of wine 130 calories
calorie count: approximately 800 cals (should have skipped the wine!)

Total calories  1830 w/exercise total equalled about 1300 (over my mark a bit, but moving in the right direction)

Spiritual:
read my Bible and prayed last night, started Mere Christianity

Social:
Briefly talked to an acquaintance at the library and let C play there for 1 hour (this is hard for me to sit there that long)

Took him to the park for all of 10 min (this ended badly w/a little boy running off (not listening) then headbutting, spanking, and a time out.

Procrastination:
Started a project.  Finished 2 of the 10 I'm making.  These are quick and easy.  I have them all cut out, but I need to take the time to go sew the other 8.  It will take about 5-10 min. a piece since I've done the hard work.  It will take me as much time to change my thread almost as to sew them.  But it will be one thing checked off my list.  But I still need to tackle that bag and an apron for my SIL.
