A Day of Rest and Recovery Week

Today is my day off.  I need to watch my intake (not doing so well thus far). 

This week is my 4th week--following the P90X philosophy (sort of), I'm going to do a recovery week.  I won't lift weights much (all quick and light weight exercises), and I will incorporate more yoga into my week, and I will run less.  In theory, this will make the first week of my second series (which will begin a new "month" and a new workout routine) better. 

I got some new videos to try out this month.
