Gina: Day 1

I love starting on Mondays.  

Work toward health goals 

Pros:
Ran 20 min this am and cooled down w/a 20 min walk.  

Drank only water and coffee

Cons
Ate a mini dark chocolate bar
Ate pancakes for brunch, but also had a small breakfast and lunch (I'm dangerously close to my ideal calorie intake for the day)
Weighed myself this am for a bench mark--yikes!  Pretty much what I expected, but jeez!   Am planning to make a chart to hang by the scale to keep track of mine and Scott's weight and good/bad choices for the day.

Work toward personal goals
Spoke to non family adults today--yes!

did not blow dry my hair, and I will probably not cook dinner--eating leftovers.
