Gina: Day 13 & 14

Today was my first glorious rest day in 14.  I needed it.  I felt terrible Fri. and Sat., but I'm feeling much improved today. 

Food:

I did well this weekend with eating. I didn't overeat, but I didn't make myself miserable either.  I ate whatever we were having, but just in small portions.  I even had a small amount of German chocolate cake at the bday dinner.  I had 2 small drinks this weeked, which probably busted my calorie intake both days, but I don't think I went over by much.  It's hard for me to know when I don't prepare the food myself. 

Friday night I even ate at McDonald's for about 550 calories (split a meal w/C--and the fries 3 ways).

Exercise:

I ran out of time to get my full workout in on Friday, but did about 35 min.

Sat:
I ran for 30 minutes straight in Jefferson County.  This means EXTREME hills.  It was killer, but I finished.  I walked 10 min. and did a very short/intense 10 min. leg workout. 

Sun:
NOTHING.  Woohoo!

I will not comment on anything else b/c it was not a good weekend in other departments.  Except Scott and I got to spend a couple hours shopping together without C this afternoon.
