Deb: Day 1

Exercise
I started boot camp again yesterday... had to quit after two weeks in May because of my knees.  It is every morning from 5:30 - 6:30am and lasts 4 weeks.  Monday's workout kicked my tail - thought I was going to pass out at one point but not sure if that was from my lack of conditioning or the humidity from hell.  Bought some new workout clothes that are not cotton.


Food
I did pretty good!  Josh had the day off and we had buffalo wings from the grocery store for lunch.  Probably not the healthiest choice but not awful.  


No soda and no sweets yesterday!  


We ate Panera for dinner because we were out running errands but I did choose a salad!
