Feeling better about my performance than last time (in May). Maybe that means I should be pushing myself harder? We have an endurance test on Friday that I am not looking forward to, but it means the end of week one. Really impressed with your running - I know I could not run 2 miles without stopping and definitely not in 20 min.
Food:
Breakfast - Nutrigrain bar/Chai tea
Lunch - two sticks of string cheese, grapes
Snack - Natural cheetos (a weakness)/2 cookies [sidenote--Josh likes to buy 'snacks' and then I have to try not to eat them
Dinner - Chicken Piccata w/noodles, roll (which I made!)
Other notes:
- I apparently have gained 3 pounds since Sunday. Awesome. Not really sure how that happened. This is where I get discouraged.
- I'm going to try to drink 64oz of water (at least every day). I did yesterday.

Do not get discouraged about the weight gain. As you gain muscle (from Boot Camp)your body swells (gross sounding), so you will have some initial weight gain usually.
I would comment to make sure you get enough calories while you're doing Boot Camp. Your lunch looks a bit light. Otherwise you will burn out and not lose weight long term. Been there done that.
Good job on your dinner. Sounds delicious!
PS: my jogging is laughed at by Scott--I'm very slow. No worries. You're doing awesome!
