Gina: Day 10

Exercise:
Not such a great start.  I couldn't sleep last night.  Got on the couch at 1 a.m. and finally fell asleep for a couple of hours, and then I headed back to bed, where I struggled to fall asleep for a little while more.  Didn't wake up for an early morning run--shocker.  I have plans to take all the boys for a walk on the trail later this am and maybe to a park for C to play.  Scott and I are re-arranging our week since I have Book Club here tomorrow.  We decided to do Plyos tonight, and then I'll do my run tomorrow morning and fit in my light weight work.  Friday will be a run again--back to back running sounds scary!

Food:
Breakfast: 600 calories
Really started the day off great with French Toast (I just had a craving) plus I splurged on OJ.  The result was a 600 calorie breakfast.  As long as I eat a light lunch I'm okay, oh and skip a snack.  Good luck to me!  We are having pasta for dinner, so I will need to exercise some serious self control. 

Lunch:  330 Calories
Sandwich: 130 calories and Veggies: 200 or less

Dinner: 600
Pasta Carbonara (one of my favorite comfort foods--the best part it's sooooo easy to make, and C LOVES it, too.  It's a win-win-win: 450?
Salad: 150

I haven't had a soda in over 10 days.  Not a huge deal, but I did it.  I've only had OJ once.  No wine/alcohol so far this week, but I might consider a small glass tonight--just finished plyos and we have an open bottle in the fridge that I used for the pasta tonight. 

The math is not in my favor today.  Pasta night compared w/a carb heavy breakfast kills.  At least plyos burns hella calories.

Spiritual
Same as before.  I really need to read some more of my book

Emotional/Cosmetic:
I might blow dry my hair today since I'm taking a meal to someone I don't know in my mom's group. Ummm-that didn't happen.  I never even had a chance to shower.  Took C to park and then Schnucks and then Barnes and Noble (to play w/trains, which they didn't have), back for lunch, play a little more.  Put C down then ironed for 1 hour, then started on food for dinner, watched a TV show, and then finished dinner.  By this time, what's the point.  Waited til after working out tonight.  I am a picture of good hygeine.  Yes, I willingly met someone new like this.
