Food:
Doing well, I think. Eating leftovers, so it's all about portion control today. I need to try to drink more water. I've not done well with that these last 2 weeks
Exercise:
I bought some new videos last week. I did one today: The Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout. It was pretty hard. It was cardio/weight intervals and then sculpting emphasis on upper and lower at the end. I was sweating like crazy. At first I didn't think it was so hard, but the longer it went, the harder it got.
Going to try to take the dogs for a walk tonight.
Spiritual:
It's off and on again. Having a hard time
Emotional:
Been a boring week and it's only Tuesday. I really need to clean my house, but unmotivated to do it. Maybe I'll start tonight since we're just eating leftovers.
Haven't really talked to anyone this week except Scott. Feeling a bit stir crazy even though I've taken C somewhere both days.
Cosmetic:
I might try to blow dry my hair tomorrow--going to the zoo, so it's not exactly mandatory, but I'll try.
