I'm back: Week 6--a bust but lots of fun!

So, I finished week strong on Saturday--I worked out before we left for the trip--running 35 min in hilly Fenton.  Then vacation began.  I ran Mon. and Wed. did a little water aerobics for 20 min in our pool on Tues, and then I crapped out.  I really wish I had run on Friday (at the very least).  I did okay w/eating at first and then I caved in--lots of drinking (not heavy drinking just wine or daquiris and such most days).  I had lots of fried seafood the last half of the week and fast food and pizza on Sat.  I'm sure I've gained about 5 lbs.  Got lots of work to do to get back the momentum I had.  I think it was worth it, but I should have shown a bit more moderation in my eating.  I don't dare weigh myself for a couple of days for fear I will be VERY depressed.

How are things going for you?  Loved E man's mohawk.
