Gina: Day 31

Started off overeating at my playdate at my house this morning.  No one was really eating, so I felt obliged to make a dent--mental I know.

Need to do plyometrics, but not really interested-might try to do a variance video of plyos hidden on P90X I found last week.  Feeling a bit lazy and burned out.  **Updated: I did the 2 videos--nice change of pace--since I've never done them before.  Tomorrow is a wake up early and run day (these are always hard for me to wake up)

Need to do better eating.

I lost the weight from the weekend--maybe it was sodium, swelling related--really need to drink more water.

Grilling sundried tomato chicken sausages and making basmati rice w/broccoli.  Just need to watch my portions!

Not doing well spiritually--have seemed to all of a sudden revert to my old ways.
