I lost 2 more pounds (seems that obsessing about everything I eat wasn't as successful as just eating whatever the hell I want--how does this make sense?).
I ran for 40 min this morning. I was really hoping for 45 min, but I don't think I had the other 5 min in me, and it would have required going past my house a 2nd time, which I just couldn't muster the motivation. I finished this same course that I ran almost 2 weeks ago 3 min faster. That's some improvement I'd say!
Food today: bad. Colin asked for a cheeseburger on the way home from MOPS today--I was starving, so we stopped at Carl's (local drive-in). I had a cheeseburger, a small root beer, and half my fries (they give you a ton). Must now eat lettuce for dinner--not going to happen. I keep sabotaging myself.
If I lose 1 more pound I move my 2nd digit on the scale. 15 lbs to go! It's a long way to go. I'm guessing it will take me about 3-4 months at the rate I'm going--not exactly the rate I was hoping for, but as long as I lose it.
I did blowdry my hair this morning for MOPS.
