Bad News: I gained 4 lbs this weekend. Seriously--can't combine fair, ballpark, and Chinese food all into one weekend ever again. Seriously depressing!
Yesterday I rode my bike w/a video for 52 min and then I did about 15 min of upper body weights and abs. I drank a very considerable portion of a bottle of red wine. Very bad--but very tasty.
Today: I tried very hard to oversleep, but Scott had sneezing fit, so I woke up only 10 min after my alarm. Went for a 32 min run this morning. Felt hard at first--I was having stomach cramps--gas pains (went to bed w/them after my weekend of indulgence and still had them this a.m.).
Taking C to a painting party this morning. Have a difficult issue to workout w/DMV b/w 2 states and the bank. I hate red tape--avoiding this.
Seriously need to watch my diet this week. Had major setbacks this weekend that I need to overcome.
How is your new plan--couch to 5K going? I love 5Ks--so gratifying and pretty manageable after a short while training. I wish there were more 10 Ks--I'm not ready for a half marathon, but I'd like to push myself for more than a 5K (since I've run 3 of those before).
