Food:
brkfst: cinnamon and sugar toast, milk, and half a banana--yummy
lunch: leftover pasta and a the rest of the pico de gallo
dinner: I made grilled chicken breasts (I marinated in lemon and lime juice and the zest w/olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and garlic). It had a really good flavor. I made homemade mac and cheese w/broccoli as well. I tried to keep myself to a reasonable portion of the mac and cheese, but it was so hard. I had a glass of wine w/dinner (big one since Scott poured--haven't finished yet). Seriously if you haven't had White Haven Sav. Blanc you've got to try it (if you like Sav Blanc)--so yummy.
Exercise:
overslept (didn't sleep much last night--this is such an annoying pattern)
I did a Jillian Michaels power yoga (all moving poses, no holds really), then Pilates Plus, and then I did the last chance workout of Jillian Michaels--the intervals and upper body. Just didn't feel like I had had much of a workout from the other two--especially for my arms.
Emotional:
Need to find something to do w/c today. It's rainy--not a lot of options. This is foreshadowing of a long winter.
We ended up going to the Discovery Museum, where Colin hit 3 kids. I don't know what to do about the hitting--it's so obnoxious.

I'm more of a red wine girl, myself. But I'll check it out if I have the opportunity.
Why do you think you are having such a problem sleeping? Is it the house in Columbia?
