This week

We did our ridiculous hike Sunday--so sore still.  Last night we did our Kenpo video.  I was going to run or ride my bike, but instead we watched a movie and drank wine...ahhh empty nesting.  I miss C so much, but I'm soaking up all the free time I can get.
