I'm back...again

I've met with some success this week.  I needed it. 

I ran last night:: 32 minutes

I did plyometrics tonight, and then ate my weight in crab legs, steak, twice-baked potatoes, asparagus, and pizza bites (I made all of it except the potatoes).  My parents came as a semi-surprise and we had a great time.  Tomorrow I've got to get back into my morning routine and weights.
