Gina: Tuesday

Yesterday I rode my bike for 45 minutes: killer.  Seriously a killer.  I did okay on eating until dinner.  I made a soup from all sorts of leftovers in my house, and it turned out delicious.  I also made cheese beer bread--it was hard to stop.  I did take the dogs for a 25 min walk though to help offset some of the calorie overload.
