How's it going for you?

It's been very bad for me.  I've been averaging 2-3 days of workout a week since vacation.  So many excuses, but I need to get my motivation back.  I can feel the weight I've gained back, and I'm not happy about it. 

I think I need a tangible goal.  The stress of our house is just really getting to me--it's hard to think about anything else even though I know exercise would help me.
