So, I'm pretty much disgusted with my weight again. It hasn't really changed--just gone up a little to what it was before my August/September endeavors. I'm going to try to be a bit more moderate in my exercise so I can attempt to maintain it. I've started by just paying more attention to what I'm eating (it was a bit out of control with the holidays--especially the sweets).
Mon: ate about 1500 calories. Did Insanity cardio circuit video--estimated I burned about 300 calories (maybe a little less--didn't wear my heart rate monitor) So my calorie count would come to 1200--my target
Tues: I've started out with a good breakfast--hoping to either run or ride my bike--we'll see.
