How are you?

I've been doing well this month except for the one week when C was sick.  The gym has been fun--lots of classes to help keep me going.  I've run 3 times in the last week, so that's back on track.  I would like to do a 10 k or a mini-triathalon in the spring, so I'm trying to push myself to ride my bike and run more.  I need to start swimming again as well.
