Progress

I went back to the gym last night and used a cardio machine for about 15 minutes, and then I went to a Pilates class.  It was hard, but doable.  My calves are still sore from step class on Monday.  Today I went to a CardioKick class (basically like kickboxing).  It kicked my butt.  I wore my heart rate monitor, and in 1 hour I burned almost 500 calories.  That's ridiculous.  And b/c I am ridiculouis and have no will power, I promptly came home and ate 3 fun size bags of M&Ms (w/Colin) and a huge lunch.  So much for calorie burning.
