On a roll

So, I've been doing well, but you wouldn't know it from the scale.  It's that vicious cycle I always get in.  How can I not be losing weight?  It's so frustrating.  I know I'm changing things, but it's so annoying. 

I'm really thankful for these girls who are keeping me accountable at the gym.  I go once a week w/each of them, so I can assure 3 days in, and then usually Scott wants me to work out at least once with him.  Then I try to do 1 or 2 on my own at home.  I took an extra rest day yesterday.  I started the workout w/Scott.  I made it about 2 minutes and then fel like I had a pinched muscle or something in my arm pit region.  So I went to bed early instead.
